My client based in Billingham is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Duties of the role include:
1. Managing day to day bookkeeping tasks
2. Inputting and matching PO numbers
3. Reviewing and coding invoices
4. Processing payments
5. Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
6. Carry out month end processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
7. Experience of working on Sage 50
8. Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger duties
Rate: £13-£13.50ph
Hours: Mon-Fri, Part Time over 5 days, start and finish times flexible
Role: Temp to perm, Immediate start for the right candidate
