About The Role
EKC Canterbury College, part of the East Kent Colleges Group, is seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant. As a College Services Assistant, you will provide effective and efficient administration as part of the College Support Services team.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the processing of enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries on the corporate data systems, as well as helping with the operation of the Service Help Desk, which includes reviewing logged jobs, contacting the appropriate support service, and coordinating pool vehicle bookings.

About You
We are seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant to our team. You will need to have the ability to focus on tasks while answering calls and dealing with queries. Your duties will be varied and will involve working with staff, students, and outside stakeholders; excellent customer service is therefore essential.
The team is responsible for all incoming curriculum applications for the following academic year and current short courses. You will also be involved in various processes within the college, including the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records, and exams. Experience of working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential.
