This means it's a very dynamic time to join our People Team (HR) and work closely with Business Partners from HR, Recruitment and Learning and Development.
As an administrator you will be playing a key role in supporting the team as we change the way we work and support the firm across our six offices.
You will be involved in key areas of HR, from coordinating interviews, training workshops, apprentice and graduate recruitment and organising careers events; which are all important parts of our ongoing support for the firm.
The role will require building strong relationships with our team, line managers, including legal and non-legal teams, to deliver a responsive, first-class service to colleagues across the business.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for any aspiring HR, recruitment, training professionals or experienced administrators.
While legal experience would be an advantage, it is not a requirement for this position.
If you have worked within a regulated industry sector that would be helpful but not essential.
