We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person, with experience of delivering compassionate care for people with cancer; as a health care support worker or similar role within the health care profession.
The Cancer Care Co-ordinator role is key to providing a designated contact point for people at the beginning of a cancer diagnosis and for supporting the co-ordination of holistic person centred care pathways, working closely with clinical and managerial colleagues to do so.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to the role, with evidence of, or commitment to undertake, relevant learning at SQCF level 7-8 and Macmillan training programmes.
