Key Responsibilities
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
* Prospect Engagement: Use social media channels to identify and engage with prospective clients, leveraging platforms to understand their asset management challenges and position BPD Zenith as the optimal solution partner.
* Sales Support: Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) in answering tenders, starting with routine financial, regulatory, and security questions before gradually moving into more technical responses related to the implementation of the Maximo Application Suite.
* Bid and Tender Management: Assist with bid responses (including the creation & maintenance of a comprehensive library of tender response materials) and support the automation of RFP responses to improve efficiency.
* Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the global marketing team to create compelling content, such as whitepapers, case studies & digital advertising, to raise brand awareness and drive product adoption.
* Client Success: Provide post-sales support to ensure client success and secure recurring revenue through renewals and upsells.
* Industry Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, webinars to network with key decision-makers and showcase IBM Maximo's capabilities.
Essential Skills
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing or information technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Familiarity with enterprise software or asset management solutions not expected, but we do appreciate you doing your research.
* Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the growth of a market-leading platform.
* Proficient at using computers and common software such as word, excel etc.
* A genuine interest in technology and applying this in the real world.
* Positive attitude to work with the ability to learn quickly.
* Able to work productively, both autonomously and as part of a team.
* Ability to plan effectively and deliver to deadlines.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
