NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the West Midlands in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.
They have a Good Ofsted rating and they are therapeutic, so it is a very nice place to work for. You will also receive a lot of flexibility with home working, so you can have a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:
* The Registered Fostering Manager will manage a stable team of 6 Supervising Social Workers and a Team Manager.
* The service currently has 68 children placed, 42 sets of foster carers.
Requirements:
* experience in a Registered Fostering Manager role
* knowledge of the fostering legislation and Ofsted requirements
* Social Worker degree
* driving license
