Deputy Manager - Childrens Home
Pay
Up to £42,000 (£20.19 per hour)
Overnight sleep-ins also may be required (Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in)

Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Based in the Nuneaton area.
Shift and Schedule
Core Hours 7am-10pm 7 days a week cover is required.

The Childrens home specialises in working with young people who display Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.
A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent would be essential for this role.
Aged 18 or over
Right to work in the UK
Flexibility to work what is needed to ensure the home is complaint with staffing
Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge
