We are growing FAST Our HR software and service is booming and we have a really exciting, brand new role for a Sales Development Representative to join our ever growing team here at FEPS. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis so you can work from home, but we do have a great office with fab people based at Calder Grove, Wakefield. So, what’s the role? We’re looking for a sales expert who will focus on generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting and qualifying potential customers in schools and MATs across the country. Working with our great sales team, you will develop effective strategies for generating leads and achieving quarterly and annual targets. You don’t need to worry about closing the deal – you can leave that to our fabulous Business Development Execs – but you’ll understand the importance of building and maintaining great relationships with key decision makers across schools and MATs. Some of the main responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative will be: · Identifying potential customers, reaching out to them and generating new business opportunities for FEPS · Setting up appointments for product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products to potential customers · Following up on leads · Working collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets (we meet regularly and there’s always food involved) · Using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities – we use Salesforce · Staying up to date on market trends, competition and industry developments · Attending network events and trade shows to build those all important relationships · Providing regular reports on sales activities to the Sales & Marketing Director What makes you the ideal candidate for us?
