This is an excellent opportunity to join our GB Retail business as a Client Service Executive. We are seeking candidates with a broad knowledge of insurance products and markets, a passion for client service, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be working towards or have obtained a Dip CII or be willing to pursue it.
We now operate a hybrid work style, allowing you to work from home 2-3 days per week.
Office locations include: Ipswich, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Reading.
The Role
In this role, you will provide outstanding client service and support to a portfolio of new and existing clients across various industry sectors including Infrastructure & Utilities, Manufacturing & Industrial, Land Transport, Leisure & Hospitality, Retail, and Financial Services.
No two days are the same, as our client base encompasses every type of business in the UK, many with global reach, offering diverse challenges and opportunities, including managing and developing relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management
* Understand clients’ business and risk management needs; provide solutions through ongoing service.
* Identify primary budget holders and decision makers; establish and maintain relationships.
* Determine suitable solutions, structures, pricing, and placement strategies to meet client needs profitably.
* Understand and explain policies and procedures as needed.
* Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise.
* Leverage expertise within specialist technical teams within the business and group.
* Liaise with clients to build strong relationships.
Placement Management
* Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using appropriate placement channels and markets.
* Maintain relationships with market contacts and the Broking Team.
Operational & Service Delivery
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, markets, and others to maximize service levels.
