A distinguished Private Practice, highly regarded and recognised in the Legal 500, is actively seeking a proficient Dispute Resolution Solicitor to strengthen their Commercial Litigation team. This opportunity is available at the business's prestigious Bournemouth office.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Expected to handle own cases appropriate to their PQE level and provide exceptional client care.
2. Will support more Senior lawyers in handling high-intensity, high-value commercial disputes in the High Court.
3. Involvement in implementing the Department’s Business Development Plan.
4. Ability to demonstrate the capacity to generate new clients for the department at an appropriate level.
5. Dealing with a variety of Commercial Disputes including and not limited to: Shareholder and Partnership Disputes, Debt Recovery, Breach of Contracts and Negotiation and Mediation.
6. Management and BD responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this role is expected to be a Solicitor/CILEX with a minimum of 4 years' solid experience in dispute resolution. The firm plays a big part in providing the successful individual with exposure to high-quality work and opportunities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience, particularly in commercial litigation.
