Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to Year 2 pupils.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* Support pupils with reading, writing, numeracy, and other key areas of the curriculum.
* Foster positive social interactions and encourage pupil confidence and independence.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting.
* A warm, encouraging approach and a commitment to pupil development.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
