We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join our team. This pivotal role will involve designing and delivering training programs for new hires and established consultants (including senior consultants). The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, a proven track record in business development, and a passion for inspiring others to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver our comprehensive in-person training programs tailored to new hires, consultants, and senior consultants.
2. Lead sessions on recruitment best practices, sales techniques, and effective business development strategies.
3. Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
4. Travel to our UK offices (Essex, Birmingham, Glasgow) to provide in-person training sessions.
5. Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet evolving business needs.
6. Act as a mentor and coach to consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Requirements:
1. Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years, ideally up to senior consultant level, including business development expertise.
2. Training experience preferred but can be taught: Passion for developing talent and delivering engaging, impactful training sessions.
3. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies within recruitment.
4. Communication Skills: Confident, engaging, and enthusiastic communicator with a natural ability to inspire others.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel to UK offices and work onsite 5 days a week.
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training programs and adapt to business priorities.
