Role: Senior Events Executive
Reporting to: Events Manager
Location: THG HQ, Manchester (WA15 0AF) - Fully Office Based

As Senior Events Executive, you’ll:
1. Own and manage allocated events within the calendar from concept to delivery, ensuring success against KPIs and objectives.
2. Report on event performance with clear metrics and insightful analysis.
3. Lead the creative ideation of event concepts, producing full proposals to be pitched to senior stakeholders.
4. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate learnings into event strategies.
5. Collaborate across marketing teams, including Influencers, Organic Social, Paid Social, and Brand & Campaigns, to create integrated event experiences.
6. Manage internal teams (Studio, Set Build, Creative) to optimise efficiencies across the business.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
1. At least 2 years of experience in the events industry, ideally within a creative or fast-paced environment.
2. A true passion for the health and fitness space, with a deep understanding of the industry's trends and culture.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
4. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
6. Experience managing event budgets, invoicing, and financial processes.
7. Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualise, pitch, and execute innovative event ideas.
8. Willingness to travel to events in the UK and abroad.
9. Experience in managing influencer integration into events and content creation.
10. Proactive, conscientious, and a self-starter, able to manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and freelancers.
