People Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our team in Tamworth at their client's warehouse.
We are looking for someone with drive, commitment, and professionalism to join our team.

This role will be a mixture of office-based administration and on the shopfloor supporting our workers.

Day to Day Duties
Staff Engagement, interaction, and support.
Assessments and Induction for new hires
Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity onsite
Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings
Developing a strong working relationship at all levels
This role may include covering multiple sites
Essential Skills
A driving licence and own transport
You'll be supporting our client's busy operation so must have experience of recruitment in a warehouse and industrial sectors
We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment
Must have strong administration skills including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel
Capable of remaining calm whilst working in a high-pressure environment
