The Employee Relations Advisor will provide HR support and advice to colleagues both face to face and remotely across Sheffield Teaching Hospitals including the various South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Pathology Network sites such as the Northern General Hospital, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Barnsley Hospital, Rotherham Hospital, Doncaster and Bassetlaw Royal Infirmary and Sheffield Children's Hospital. Main duties of the job You will develop your HR career through managing a significant and varied caseload along with the provision of support and advice in the application of HR policies and terms and conditions. Within this role you will have the opportunity to provide training, coaching and mentoring to healthcare professionals leading and managing a high performing, high profile workforce. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate transferable experience of effectively supporting the management of employee relations cases and advising on terms and conditions. We will also consider applications from candidates who have experience of advising managers on HR related matters and can demonstrate sound judgment of how to approach sensitive and complex casework.
