Required Skills Customer Service Call Centre Job Summary Role: Customer Service Coordinator Location: Round Spinney, Northampton Salary: £23,923 per annum FT Hours: Full Time: 40 hours per week Mon-Fri 08:30 - 17:30 Part time: 22.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (08:00-12:15) or (13:45 - 18:00) We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Service Centre team in Round Spinney, Northampton. In this role, you’ll support service users by organising TEC solutions that empower individuals in their daily lives. From initial assessment of their care technology through to the installation, maintenance, and review of their equipment, you will be there every step of the way. About the role: Assist and manage incoming calls and answering any customer queries Coordinating equipment orders to be delivered, installed and collected Order analysis by checking, identifying and reporting any errors made via online orders Providing telephone and email advice to clinical/social care staff to support effective TEC prescription General administration that supports daily activities and duties You may on occasion be required to assist with selecting appropriate stock in the warehouse for technicians, ensuring stock is recorded and maintained Working with people experiencing different vulnerabilities. What are we looking for? Experience in a similar, busy and fast paced customer service environment Relevant telephone-based customer service experience is preferred Good attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience of administration, order processing and scheduling of workloads Professional and confident manner via telephone and email Previous stock management experience would be advantageous but is not essential Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems
