My client based in the Worcester area is looking to recruit a Key Account Coordinator on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for supporting key accounts with their recruitment needs, working closely with colleagues to provide a first-class service to clients and candidates.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be the main point of contact for key accounts
2. Keep accurate and updated records on internal database
3. Communicate with clients and candidates on a daily basis
4. Complete and carry out all compliance checks on drivers' paperwork
5. Deal with any issues as they arise in a prompt and professional manner
As a suitable candidate, you will offer the following:
1. First-class Customer Service Experience
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Your own transport is essential for this role
The role is Mon-Fri and the salary on offer will be determined by relevant and suitable experience.
