Our client, a leading innovator in complex project delivery in the Energy, Nuclear, Defence and Security Industries, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on a new and exciting long-term project in East Lothian, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and influence complex project work-scopes.
2. Deliver projects under CDM.
3. Utilize advanced project management techniques across multi-functional organizations.
4. Understand engineering, design, procurement, safety case, construction and installation/commissioning management and commercial contracting.
5. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and CDM regulations.
6. Use reporting tools covering estimating, scheduling, programming, reports and risk analysis & earned value tools.
7. Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, across a range of complex multi-discipline projects/environments, and the effective & supportive management of an integrated project team.
8. Cultivate stakeholder relationships at all levels.

1. Advanced project management techniques across multi-functional organisations.
2. Promote and maintain effective & positive communications with all stakeholders.
3. Drive forward, manage and influence complex project work-scopes; monitor progress of the programme against milestones, budget and deadlines.
4. Undertake contract activities supported by the Commercial Manager to include claims, variations & technical queries.
5. In-depth understanding and knowledge of project management, financial/commercial management and change management. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
6. Promotion & adherence to HSEQ policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Accreditations
1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
2. APMP formal project management qualification or equivalent.
Clearance Requirements:
1. BPSS/CTC Cleared or ability to achieve this.
