This fast growing, financially secure technology distribution company is looking for a talented HR Advisor to join their team based from their offices near Accrington. The company partner with 700+ global technology brands and over 13,000 resellers, e-commerce operators and retailers. This HR Advisor role will predominantly focusing on employee relations cases, reporting to the ER Manager. There is a variety of projects being worked and there will be involvement to stretch your HR skills. Strong stakeholder management is key. Although the focus is ER, a strong 360 generalist experience would be ideal as you will be involved in a variety of HR sectors. Clear communication and strong collaboration to support the wider HR team. An advantage would be to hold or be working towards CIPD level 5. The basic salary is up to £30,000. This hybrid role offers a mix of three days in the office and two from home.
