Box2 is a fast-evolving Fashion Brand in a niche market spanning 40 years. Its founder Nicky Felix brought her love for stylish fashion back from her time living in Italy and has grown from a small shop in Brighton to the successful online brand it is today. It is all about dressing women from size 14-32 for all occasions. At Box2 the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
Owing to the growing success of Box2 we are looking to appoint a Sales and Marketing Assistant to work closely with our Managing Director to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring that all messaging is delivered in line with our brand guidelines. The position involves a 5-day working week, based in Bolney, West Sussex.
The role includes:
* Assisting with the everyday management of marketing materials, including writing engaging content for website, print, digital and email marketing.
* Managing all social media activity; creating and publishing news and content across all channels and fostering positive engagement.
* Managing our email database.
* Assisting in the production and management of the image library.
* Assisting in the production of our catalogues.
* Scheduling of advertising and promotional campaigns.
What we are looking for:
* A genuine passion for fashion, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
* Ideally you will have gained some marketing experience in a similar role, or have a relevant marketing qualification, and be looking for a great start in your marketing career.
* Excellent people skills.
* Creativity, with an ability to support and generate ideas.
* The ability to write creatively to support the translation of insights to engage wider audiences.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills; you will be a collaborative team player.
* Ability to review and interpret campaign results and insights (desirable).
* Good verbal skills; confident on the phone with customers.
Essential Experience in:
* Social Media Marketing.
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Working as part of a Team.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Attention to detail.
Preferable:
* Flair for design.
* Good working knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent.
* Experience in copywriting.
