This post is initially for the Respite service, but it is a requirement of the role to be flexible in order to support within both Respite or supported living services.Driving high performance in the recruitment and retention of support staff and high-quality practice, this is a position where you can be extremely innovative and creative and work closely in partnership with the workforce, taking forward new ideas and continually developing the service.The hours for this role are Part time at 22 hours per week and will be based on a pre-written rolling rota with set days and both weekend shifts and sleep ins. You must be able to commit to 22 hours per week, each week, over various days/nights (which can be subject to change due to service need).
