Remote Software Product Manager - HR SaaS Tech
Salary: 45,454 - 60,454 GBP per year

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the HR software, Employee Relations and/or SaaS industry
2. Able to think strategically, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
3. Passionate about understanding the needs of HR professionals and building solutions
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to measure product success
6. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, technology, HR, or related)
7. Desirable: Experience with Employee Relations case management software or HRIS systems
8. Desirable: Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements (specific to the country of operation)
9. Desirable: Agile methodologies and project management experience
Your responsibilities are:
1. Developing a deep understanding of the Employee Relations landscape, including best practices, compliance requirements, and evolving trends
2. Creating and executing a compelling product roadmap
3. Immersing yourself in the challenges faced by HR teams, understanding pain points, workflows, and the ideal outcomes that empower aims to deliver
4. Conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and gathering ongoing customer feedback
5. Working closely with sales, marketing, development, and customer support teams to streamline case workflows
6. Translating the product roadmap into a prioritized backlog
7. Establishing KPIs, monitoring product performance, utilizing analytics tools, and leveraging data to inform product iterations and optimization
8. Serving as an internal and external champion of the empower product
9. Line management of a small (presently 3 FTE) team of Product Owners/Business Analysts
