About the Role
We have ambitious plans to continue to expand and to take our Safety Services division to new heights, which is why we are looking to grow our small but mighty marketing team, with a keen marketing executive who wants to be part of our exciting journey.
As our Marketing Executive, you will develop and deliver a range of campaigns and channels that supports the marketing strategy for our Safety Services side of the Navitas Safety business. We want someone who is constantly thinking of new ideas to help promote our services to our target market.
You’ll collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage campaign execution, track effectiveness and adhere to budgets but also work independently on key marketing tasks, so will need to be self-motivated to ensure you deliver – no micromanagement here!
You’ll be a super passionate individual, with a broad understanding of digital marketing channels and tools including email marketing, social media, digital advertising and paid media with excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to create clear and compelling marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of campaigns for the Safety Services division
* Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning
* Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing
* Analyse campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimise and enhance
Requirements
* A passion for marketing
* Planning and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience of email marketing and CRMs
* Knowledge of social media
* Be self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets
* Experience of using G-Suite
* Data and analytical skills
* Experience using WordPress and content management systems
* Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite/Canva
* Interest in the hospitality industry
