The role will be responsibility for supporting Regional Construction and Project teams close down live sites and estates. Holding regular review meeting with Heads of services and key parties. Responsibilities and Duties include: Responsibility for managing the Regional Management company and Residual land annual closed site budget including reporting to Senior Management Team Working with the Regional Construction, Project Teams and instructed Managing Agents to handover apartment buildings and managed areas. Including carrying out and supplying pre-handover inspection reports to support site teams with delivery Support the Regional Adoptions Manager with major legacy estate wide adoptions close out projects where Community management support required Responsibility for managing the legacy Management Company, S106 and legal issue projects. Working with support teams and consultants, as well liaising with interested parties Regional support to Fire safety Remediation Team in relation to over 11m Developer Remediation Contract (DRC) buildings and Defect Premises claims. Managing all communication and relationships with Management Companies and key parties Represent Tilia Homes Eastern at resident and community meetings where Tilia are still Directors of the Management Company. This includes meetings out of hours Managing all Tilia Homes Eastern’s roles and responsibilities where they sit on Management Companies Board of Directors including reviewing of annual budgets and accounts, escalated complaints and major works sign offs Working with the Regional Land Team, consultants, local authorities and members of the public to dispose of Tilia Homes residual legacy land Working with all internal departments to deliver a first-class customer journey for residents and communities on all new build housing developments with Management Companies We’re looking for the following skills and experience: A degree, RICs OR relevant experience in a discipline related to UK Land, Real Estate or Town Planning Proven track record of disposal for a house builder Detailed knowledge of legislation relating to the land process Examples of land disposal/handover on favourable terms A strong network and examples of building relationships with key contacts Commercial acumen Full UK driving licence Bringing together two trusted housebuilding brands, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, untypical aims to make a positive difference to the UK housebuilding market and help to provide greater access to homes which are affordable for buyers.
