As a Customer First Line Manager at our Wellingborough Costa site, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team and ensuring that our customers receive top-tier service at every touchpoint. This role will be working any 5 out of 7 days with the hours of 8:00 – 16:00. Act as the escalation point for service issues, working closely with Operations to resolve challenges and improve customer satisfaction. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and customer experience. Oversee department budget, spending, and ensure full compliance with audit standards, including Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations. What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven leadership in a customer-facing role, preferably in food logistics, transportation, or supply chain. Strong team management, problem-solving, and customer relationship-building skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
