Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join a well-established company that works with major blue-chip clients across the UK? This role offers ongoing training, the chance to work on projects nationwide, and a range of progression opportunities as you develop.
This well-established yet rapidly growing construction company boasts an impressive turnover of £62 million and has been working on major public sector projects for over 20 years. They work with a broad client base, including major tier 1 contractors, and due to an ever-increasing workload, are looking to grow their friendly team.
This is a varied role where you can further your experience as a Quantity Surveyor. You will work closely within a tight-knit team of Surveyors and have the opportunity to undertake site visitations and liaise with other departments, site managers, and external contractors as you work on a diverse range of projects nationwide.
The Role:
1. Work on varied projects
2. Preparing Quotations
3. Negotiating Tenders
4. Reading Drawings
5. Specialist training provided
6. Office-based with site travel to projects nationwide
The Person:
1. Quantity Surveyor
2. Construction or similar background
3. Commutable to Birmingham
