Are you an experienced Financial Controller with a background in the construction sector? Our client is looking for a talented professional to join their team and oversee the financial operations of three companies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage the bookkeepers across three companies, providing guidance and support.
2. Produce accurate financial forecasts and detailed accounting reports for directors and management.
3. Assist with grant applications and explore funding opportunities to support company growth.
4. Manage company insurance policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
5. Serve as a key advisor in shaping financial strategy and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in financial management, specifically within the construction industry.
2. Ability to navigate complex financial operations across multiple companies.
3. Must reside in the Middlesbrough area and be available for in-office work five days a week.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM & Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary:
