What will I be doing?
Your role will support the strategic growth of our network within your designated SME portfolio. You will identify and telephone canvass potential new business, providing service solutions aligned to CitySprint’s revenue/margin KPIs and operational SLAs. We seek someone with proven experience in outbound proactive and inbound reactive customer engagement who actively builds client relationships.
Role Responsibilities:
You will contribute to the success of the Commercial Team by identifying, developing, and delivering new business. This includes telephone canvassing within your geographical areas and appointment making for your Territory Managers. You will manage a portfolio of existing SME accounts, requiring regular contact to gain wallet share and cross-sell services. You will negotiate with customers and participate in the successful conversion and implementation phase, ensuring a smooth customer journey through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
The key skills needed for the role include:
* Proven success at converting leads to retained accounts
* Experience in managing a large portfolio
* Experience in building successful relationships with stakeholders
* Working knowledge of CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Confidence to interact with all levels of personnel
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Demonstrated ‘can do’ attitude and ability to prioritize workload
* Ability to work with a diverse range of customers
* Self-motivation and ambition to succeed
