This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and enthusiastic swimming specialist to be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, organization and delivery of the whole school swimming programme. A role model for the girls, you will communicate with clarity and conviction, exemplifying the values of team work, determination, resilience and dedication in your daily approach, inspiring those you teach with your obvious love of sport. The successful candidate will have a very high level of teaching and coaching competence in swimming, an excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. Previous personal experience in participating or competing at a performance level and leading an individual sports programme would be desirable. Hours – 12 – 16 per week with additional hours required in the Summer Term. We welcome your interest in being part of our journey at a time of continued development.
