You'll:

* Be a problem-solver with a proactive approach to guest and team needs.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across all departments.
* Manage well under pressure, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
* Take ownership of operational tasks, from managing team schedules to ensuring systems run efficiently.
Previous customer service experience is essential, and experience with booking systems like Maestro is a big plus.
