What your days will look like: Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of Financial Services clients, reporting to Directors and Partners. Project Deliver and Financial Management: Oversee technical projects, including transfer pricing policy support, documentation, and enquiries and lead financial management aspects of projects. Analytical Problem Solving: Use a curious and analytical approach to solve complex client problems. Team Leadership: Train, coach, and supervise junior team members. Business Development: Identify and develop opportunities with new and existing clients. Global Coordination: Coordinate input from global specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on relevant regulatory and business issues. Brand Development: Develop relationships and enhance the PwC brand. This role is for you if: Client Work Delivery: Proven track record of managing quality work for clients, understanding their business and professional standards. Client Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships. Transfer Pricing Expertise: Extensive experience in advising clients on transfer pricing, with additional experience in financial services transfer pricing, corporate tax, or related international issues being advantageous. Portfolio Management: Experience managing a varied portfolio of clients and projects, including financial, risk, and time management. Networking: Strong ability to build internal and external relationships and networks. Communication Skills: Excellent skills in presenting arguments and influencing others. Feedback and Development: Ability to provide meaningful feedback to help others improve and develop. Problem Solving: Ability to address problems promptly while maintaining professional standards.
