This market-leading consultancy and contractor works on a plethora of projects mainly within the public sector, including Hospitals, Social Housing, and other public sector facilities. Possessing two separate arms to the business, they can offer both consultancy and contractor services. With the ability to identify problems and solve them themselves, they have managed to find great success in their niche. In this role, being a senior member of the company, you will take on a number of responsibilities. You will be responsible for financial management where you will oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for procurement management where you'll be looking to implement procurement policies that align with company goals, as well as supplier management where you will be building and maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. Finally, amongst other responsibilities, you will also be responsible for being a leader and successfully managing the finance and procurement team, establishing performance measurement, and providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance performance.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Financial professional with experience in the construction industry, able to use your expertise, knowledge, and strong communication skills to enhance team performance.
