The Role:
As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will support a caseload of learners through their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to succeed. You’ll provide tailored coaching and mentoring, helping learners stay on track and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support learners progressing through Level 3 and 4 Housing and Property apprenticeships, providing high-quality coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
2. Deliver engaging 1:1 coaching and virtual training sessions.
3. Monitor and track learner progress, identifying and addressing any barriers to learning.
4. Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA), ensuring they are confident and ready.
5. Collaborate with employers to align workplace training with apprenticeship requirements and provide regular progress updates.
6. Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and funding requirements.
7. Provide pastoral support to motivate and guide learners through challenges.
8. Stay up to date with industry standards to improve the learner experience.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training learners within an apprenticeship or educational setting.
2. Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1, TAQA) or be prepared to work towards.
3. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload.
4. Experience coaching and mentoring.
5. Background and knowledge of Estate Agency or Property Management is essential.
6. Passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their career goals.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
