About the Role
Are you passionate about helping partners grow and accelerate their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform journey? We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Success Manager to join our UK team and drive business opportunity and growth. With over 100 years of combined experience in the UK Dynamics arena, our team offers unparalleled partner management expertise.
As a Partner Success Manager at Companial, you will play a crucial role in helping our diverse community of partners succeed in growing and developing their organizations. Whether working with small or large partners, new or established, you will leverage your knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Business Applications and technologies to help them achieve their goals. You will also drive further adoption of Companial services, membership, and the provision of Microsoft licensing, support, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and Support Partners: Tailor support based on partner membership level and potential.
* Consult and Advise: Guide partners in growing their business and adapting to market changes.
* Influence Business Leaders: Use compelling value propositions to attract leaders to Companial.
* Technical Services: Help partners manage capability and capacity challenges within the Dynamics ecosystem through Companial’s technical services offerings.
* Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales pipeline and grow member services attach rate.
* Evangelize Companial Services: Promote Companial benefits through various channels.
* Collaborate with Marketing: Define go-to-market campaigns with the regional marketing manager.
* Expertise in Enterprise Solutions: Demonstrate leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Cloud Technologies: Understand cloud technologies and Microsoft solutions to create compelling propositions.
* Microsoft Product Knowledge: Know Microsoft Product and Licensing models and incentives.
* Empower Partners: Help partners map business goals and align Companial Services.
* Provide First-Class Service: Offer exceptional service to partners of all sizes.
* Support Partner Programs: Grow programs like Companial Marketplace.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate, share, educate, and support as part of a great team.
* Engage in Ecosystem: Leverage key tools and programs, establish governance processes, and report to entities.
* Coordinate Services: Proactively guide partners in their journey.
* Voice of the Partner: Escalate alerts, blockers, and resources needed.
* Event Participation: Participate in events and other communication actions with partners.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with expertise in business applications (preferred), sales, or partner management.
* Skilled in presenting, demonstrating, and facilitating workshops, with an engaging approach for diverse audiences.
* Able to articulate the value of Business solutions effectively, aligning them with business goals and performance indicators.
* Demonstrates strong governance abilities, including establishing processes, tracking business progress, and delivering comprehensive reports.
* Proficient in coordinating and executing strategies to guide and support partners throughout their journey.
* Possesses effective communication skills to represent partner needs, escalate issues as needed, and identify key resources to support collaboration.
* Holds a deep understanding of business strategy, particularly within the UK and Ireland market.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Power Apps, etc.) is advantageous.
