Job Brief: We are looking for a motivated Business Operations Support Representative/Exec to join our small team in Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Global Operations Manager, and will have the opportunity to work autonomously within the organisation. The role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and is customer-focused. As we are a Certified B Corporation, the candidate should be of a similar mindset (sustainability, environmental and social governance) and be willing to make the role their own, build and improve processes, co-manage clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: Logistic Operations: • Learn to Coordinate shipment processes with our China office, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers (UK, EU & Internationally). • Collaborate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and handle necessary documentation. • Order Process/Cycle for B2B & B2C: • Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order placement to fulfilment. • Ensure seamless communication with both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) clients. Office Operations: • Handle payment processing and ensure accurate financial transactions for all orders. Having experience in Sage 50 or QuickBooks would be a great addition. • Transport & Documentation: • Work closely with logistics providers to organize transportation logistics efficiently. • Maintain and update necessary shipping and customs documentation. Sales Support Operations: • Generate reports and analyse sell-out data per customer/outlet. • Assist Senior Management in obtaining reports from retailers to support sales efforts. • Prepare consolidated sales reports for management. • Customer Relationship Management: • Communicate with customers, providing price lists and samples as required. • Follow up with customers to secure orders promptly and enter them into the system accurately. • Support the team in building forecasts for the production department.
