Your role is to inspire, support, and promote independence while building a connection with individuals with Learning Disabilities. This is a bank role with a variety of shifts on offer across our 2 locations in Eastry and Aylesham. These locations are hard to reach using public transport for our shift times. The people you will be supporting also have their own vehicles, so being a driver with a Full UK driving licence is preferred.
