About the Role As an Accident Repair MET Technician, you will be a vital member of our team, ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll use your technical expertise and attention to detail to provide exceptional service to every customer. Key Responsibilities Conducting mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated vehicles. Dismantling vehicles for panel repairs, performing thorough inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic tasks. Collaborating with the Parts Team to order and manage replacement parts. Reassembling vehicles to pre-accident condition in line with manufacturer specifications and BSI PAS 10125 standards. Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used. About You We are looking for an experienced MET Technician or Mechanic with a background in accident repair. You should be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to maintain safety and quality under pressure. Your Skills and Attributes Proven experience in accident repair and working with a variety of vehicles. Ability to plan workloads effectively and meet deadlines. Expertise in completing work to manufacturer specifications. A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
