About the role As a Finance Project Manager, you’ll help deliver key transformational projects in the Finance team covering Service Charges and a Finance System Cloud Migration. You’ll report to the Head of Business Transformation and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with our objectives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, act as a mentor to colleagues, create an environment of trust, drive collaboration and ultimately, play a vital role in our transformation. To view/download the job description please click here. Salary The spot salary for the Finance Project Manager post is £57,685 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary. About you As a Finance Project Manager you'll have experience of managing finance transformation projects, ideally with projects related to Service Charges and Unit4/Agresso or finance system cloud migrations, you’ll have expertise in project management methodologies. You should also have experience in managing the full project lifecycle within digital implementation and business process improvement projects. You can implement change management, including delivering training and driving adoption, with an ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. Finance Project Manager Interviews Interviews will take place on the 1st May via Teams. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a Congruity questionnaire in advance.
