SEND Legal Monitoring and Quality Assurance Officer
Fixed term (1 year). This is a new post, and its impact on services will be reviewed, with the possibility of extending the contract term.

As a SEND Legal Monitoring and Quality Assurance Officer you will be part of the SEND Support, Assessment and Review Team and will take a lead in managing complaints and mediations and appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST). We are seeking an experienced SEND professional with a comprehensive understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
