Due to expansion, we have several vacancies for PRODUCTION OPERATIVES who will perform a variety of roles within our factory.

Practical experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential. Extensive training will be given in a variety of processes required to manufacture components and assemble GRP tanks. These will include:
* Housekeeping – Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
* Application of GRP onto moulds using various methods (using hand spray, rolling machine spray equipment)
* Trimming glass fibre components and cutting apertures in tank shells using handheld cutting tools
* Building components (partitions etc.) using work instructions and technical drawings
* Fitting the components into the tank shells using work instructions and technical drawings
* Checking machines and equipment are running correctly and carrying out daily routine maintenance
* Ensuring products are produced to required quality standards
After the initial induction period (min 4 weeks), you will be invited onto one of our shift patterns (with associated pay enhancements) and offered a specific training programme suited to your skills and aptitude.
Working Hours: We currently operate 2 shifts (fixed):
* Early shift: 6.00am - 2.30pm Monday – Friday
* Late shift: 10.00am - 6.30pm Monday – Friday
Overtime is also available.
Starting Salary: £11.53 per hour (incremental pay increases from 3 months subject to training progress)
