Guinness Property is expanding our team and has a new opportunity for an Electrician to join our Responsive Repairs team covering Guinness homes in Bristol. This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Certificated Electrician qualifications and demonstrated experience in domestic and commercial electrical works.
* Proven knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing, installing, and maintaining up to 230v.
* Ability to correctly complete the relevant certifications, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
* Ability to accurately interpret technical data & drawings and instructions.
* Experience working in a customer-focused environment within agreed performance targets.
* Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
* Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Practices.
Please note: This role will be subject to undertaking call out duties on a rota basis, paid at £525 per week.
Essential Qualifications:
* C&G 236 parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 (or Equiv.)
* 17th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
