We'll provide you with the learning and development opportunities in the form of a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship which will develop your knowledge in a variety of HR administration processes. Important: To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you need to have the right to work in the U.K. and to have continuously lived in the UK for 3 years. You must not be in education upon employment. You will be working towards achieving the skills and expectations of a band 2 job description, during your training. You will be interacting closely with other HR teams, you will need to have a flexible approach to your work, as well as the ability to use your own initiative whilst working efficiently as part of the team. We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel. The roles are for a fixed term of 15 months and involve support for you to study for an apprenticeship in Customer Services Level 2.
