Assistant Site Manager - Heating and Boiler Replacement Scheme Location: Aberystwyth Project Duration: Approximately 2 Months Start Date: 12th May We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant Site Manager for a heating and boiler replacement scheme in Aberystwyth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain valuable experience in site management while working on an essential project. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project. - Coordinate with a single subcontractor to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. - Monitor site activities and compliance with health and safety regulations. - Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting on progress. - Provide support with problem-solving and logistics as required. Ideal Candidate: - A background in mechanical engineering is preferred, but not essential. - Possession of SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). - Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card. - First Aid qualification. - Ability to work well in a team, demonstrate good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude on site.
