We are looking for a full time team player for a 12 month period who must be an enthusiastic, flexible and reliable person to join our busy team.
The successful candidate needs to have a good telephone manner with good planning, organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines. Attention to detail as well as good numeracy and literacy skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is also key.
Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor the role would include :
* Assist accounts with general admin duties
* Sending reminders for payments
* Chasing client for monies owed.
* Adding sites to existing client accounts
* Raising new client accounts
* Running daily reports
* Banking
* Reviewing Job Costings and Performance
