Role Responsibilities:
1. You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities and autism.
2. You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives.
3. You’ll give high-quality support tailored to people’s needs.
4. You’ll do activities like cooking, art, or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings.
5. There is of course practical support too, helping people to reach their goals in smaller ways. You’ll manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, as well as keep things tidy and safe.
6. You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.

The main skills and experience for this role:
Essential:
1. Good general education.
2. Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference.
3. Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve.
4. Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
5. A commitment to undertake training and development.
Desirable:
1. RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
2. Previous experience within social care setting.
3. Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities.
4. Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks.
5. Confident IT user.

Salary: £11.44 - £11.70ph for 40 hours per week. Your salary will depend on your experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
