Hours per week: Varied hours available (Permanent) and (Fixed Term) Main duties of the job The post-holder will be responsible for the holistic care of a children and young adults with complex health care needs and/or technology dependence in the Clients own home. Following a period of competency based training and supervision; HCA's will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care following client care plans and East Cheshire Trust policy, procedures and guidelines.
