We are looking for a Telemarketing (Customer Engagement) Advisor to work as part of our marketing team in our Castleford centre. This role includes traditional telemarketing phone conversations and responding to digital (email / online) contacts with customers and new prospects. About the role The role involves contacting companies and responding to enquiries via phone, email and online. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing: Calling customers and prospects to gain information about their forklift fleet and generate appointments for our sales teams (outbound calls) Respond to all calls and e-commerce (Digital) transactions (inbound) Respond to online web chats - providing the customer with a quick response and information Work on dedicated marketing campaign leads and appointment generation Promote the company's products and culture We are looking for somebody who is a confident communicator and passionate about engaging with customers. Experience working in a customer service or traditional telemarketing environment would be beneficial.
