Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Wrexham area who urgently require an interim Administrator
The key role responsibilities are:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls- forwarding them to the relevant teams
* Updated and maintain the database/ shared folder
* Liaising with different consultants
* Provide general Admin duties
* Format Patient Letter responses
* Diary management on behalf of consultants
* Scanning and filling documents
* Collated information and send to numerous teams
Please note that the ideal candidate needs to do well under pressure and be a quick learner.
