Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Lead to support initiatives within the Lead to Order process and tools that we support in IT. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team based within the IT Group in Cambridge, with two days in the office expected.
You will be a strong delivery partner with a can-do attitude, quick to adapt to Arm's culture. You will have good attention to detail, careful planning, situational awareness, risk management and monitoring, in order to maintain project momentum and engage our customers to deliver projects successfully.
This role requires outstanding people management, interpersonal skills and domain expertise. If you have experience working with agile methodologies and are proficient in key project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
* Run the project lifecycle from initial set up, including design, build, test and cutover/implementation in line with quality and time.
* Drive project delivery through day-to-day engagement with agile delivery IT teams and business customers.
* Lead vendor teams and matrix manage to a high standard.
* Effectively communicate project status regularly and handle risk accordingly.
* Take ownership of risks and issues and help to manage prioritisation, demonstrating situational leadership.
* Manage regular status reporting with IT and business stakeholders.
* Run multiple projects through agile delivery teams of varying size and stages concurrently.
Requirements
* You will be experienced in Project Delivery and familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies, with a focus on working with agile delivery teams.
* You are adaptable, with the ability to flex your style and approach to meet the needs of the Business and the Project.
* Proficient in key project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects.
* Skilled in handling dependencies across multiple teams globally.
* Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating and collaborating with teams across different disciplines.

The salary for this role is estimated at £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
