About the Opportunity
A Property Manager is sought to support the growth and management of our residential lettings portfolio, currently covering 120-150 properties in the Haywards Heath area.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage property maintenance requests from landlords and tenants, coordinating with contractors to address issues efficiently.
2. Certify compliance for legal obligations, including gas safety certificates, EICRs, tenancy renewal documents, and deposit registrations.
3. Prepare and manage new inventories, conduct tenancy check-ins and check-outs, and perform regular property visits.
4. Oversight of all aspects of tenancy lifecycle management, from initiation to termination.
Requirements:
1. Exceptional organisational and customer service skills.
2. Strong communication abilities for effective in-person, phone, and email interactions.
3. Diligence, a professional attitude, and a positive, customer-focused approach.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000, commensurate with experience, and an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a dynamic property management environment.
